Anne Kim, PhD
Adjunct Assistant Professor (non-comp)

Research interests: My research purpose in general is finding anticancer agents of plant origin. Recently we have found that the fruit juice of Morinda citrifolia (Noni), a Hawaiian traditional medicine, contains an immunostimulatory polysaccharide-rich substance with prophylactic and therapeutic potentials on murine tumors. Further studies on the characterization of the agent are in progress.
